Who Owns FFR Trust Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the FFR Trust (FFR) in December 2017.
On December 13, 2009, FFRT Residential, LLC, formerly known as Fairfield Residential, LLC, and its debtor affiliates filed voluntary petitions under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, jointly administered under Case No. 09-14386. By order dated July 6, 2010, the Court confirmed the Debtors’ Third Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization, which established the Trust and designated a liquidating trustee to administer the remaining assets of the Trust.
