On September 16, 2005, Felt Manufacturing filed a voluntary chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire, assigned Case No. 05-13724. On January 18, 2007, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtor’s Second Amended Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which the Trust was created and vested with the power and duty to administer the remaining assets of the Debtor. On May 16, 2007, the Court entered an order authorizing the modification of the Second Amended Plan and approving the Debtor’s Third Amended Plan.
