Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the QF Liquidation Creditors’ Liquidating Trust of QF Liquidation, Inc. f/k/a Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate (QF Liquidation) in March 2020.
On March 22, 2016, QF Liquidation filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, assigned Case No. 16-11202. On July 29, 2019, the Court entered an order confirming the Second Amended Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which the Trust was created and a Liquidating Trustee was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtor.
