Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the PWD1 LLC (f/k/a Plum TV, Inc.) Bankruptcy Estate in October 2015.
On January 3, 2012, PWD1 LLC (f/k/a Plum TV, Inc.) filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, assigned Case No. 12-10017. Thereafter, the case was converted to chapter 7 and a trustee was charged with winding down the estate for the benefit of creditors.
