Who Owns FNH, LLC Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the FNH, LLC Bankruptcy Estate (FNH) in February 2018.
On March 10, 2015, FNH filed a voluntary petition under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, assigned Case No. 15-43572. Thereafter, a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate.
