Who Owns Draw Another Circle LLC Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Hastings Creditors' Liquidating Trust and Draw Another Circle LLC et al., as Liquidating Debtors (Draw Another Circle) in December 2021.
On June 13, 2016, Draw Another Circle and its affiliates each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, jointly administered under Case No. 16-11452. On February 14, 2017, the Court entered an order confirming the Chapter 11 Plan, pursuant to which a Liquidating Trustee and Sole Member of Liquidating DAC was appointed and charged with winding down all of the Dissolving Debtors.
