On January 3, 2003, Cafeteria Operators, LP and its related entities (“Cafeteria Operators”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, assigned Case No. 03-30179. A Plan was confirmed, which established a Trust for the purpose of liquidating all remaining assets. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the COLP Creditors’ Trust in August 2008.
