On October 19, 2001, American Classic Voyages Co. and its related entities (“American Classic Voyages”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned case No. 01-10954. A liquidating plan was confirmed, which designated a plan administrator to liquidate the estate’s assets.
