On September 19, 2017, Wayne Services and its affiliates each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, jointly administered under Case No. 17-34665. On November 21, 2018, the Court entered an order confirming the Chapter 11 Plan. Thereafter, a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estates.
