Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Wadley Regional Medical Center, et al., Bankruptcy Estate in February 2014.
On January 14, 2009, Wadley Regional Medical Center and its related entities (“Wadley Regional”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas, assigned Case No. 09-50006 (BTR). A plan of liquidation was confirmed and a Surviving Officer of the estate was appointed.
