Who Owns Vectrix, LLC Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Vectrix, LLC Bankruptcy Estate in July 2016.
On March 31, 2014 the Debtor filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, assigned Case No. 14-11381. Thereafter, a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate.
About Vectrix, LLC
Founded in 2006, Vectrix was a manufacturer of electric vehicles and scooters. The scooters were capable of speeds of over 60 mph. Compared to conventionally powered scooters, which were composed of 2,500 parts, Vectrix scooters were made with less than 250 parts.
The former headquarters of Vectrix was located in New Bedford, MA, and also had a corporate address in Lake Forest, CA.
