Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Universal Marketing, Inc., et al. Bankruptcy Estate in April 2017.
On July 23, 2009, Universal Marketing filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, assigned Case No. 09-15405. Thereafter, the case was converted to chapter 7, and a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate.
