Who Owns Rupari Holding Corp., et al., Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Rupari Liquidating Trust of Rupari Holding Corp., et al., Bankruptcy Estates (Rupari) in October 2019.
On April 10, 2017, Rupari and its affiliates each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, jointly administered under Case No. 17-10793. On December 14, 2017, the Court entered an order confirming the First Amended Joint Combined Disclosure Statement and Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which the Trust was created and a Liquidating Trustee was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtors.
