Who Owns RCC Consultants, Inc. Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the RCC Liquidation Trust of RCC Consultants, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate (RCC) in August 2019.
On May 1, 2015, RCC filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, assigned Case No. 15-18274. On July 8, 2016, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtor’s Second Amended Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which the Trust was created and a Liquidating Trustee was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtor.
