Who Owns PSL-North America LLC Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the PSL Liquidating Trust (PSL) in August 2017.
On June 16, 2014, PSL – North America and PSL USA, Inc. (collectively, “Debtors”) each filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, jointly administered under Case No. 14-11477. On January 12, 2016, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtors’ Joint Plan of Liquidation under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, pursuant to which the Trustee was appointed to administer the remaining assets of the trust.
