Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Prime Metals & Alloys, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate (Prime Metals & Alloys) in August 2019.
On March 2, 2017, Prime Metals & Alloys filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, assigned Case No. 17-70164. On December 1, 2017, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtor’s Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which a Plan Administrator was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtor.
