Who Owns Pollack Corporation Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Pollack Corporation Bankruptcy Estate (Pollack) in November 2017.
On July 11, 2015, Pollack filed a voluntary petition under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine, assigned Case No. 15-20502. Thereafter, a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate. Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Pollack Corporation Bankruptcy Estate in November 2017.
