On November 13, 2014, OW Bunker and its affiliated debtors each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut, jointly administered under Case No. 14-51720. Thereafter, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtors’ First Modified Liquidation Plans, pursuant to which the Trust was created and the Liquidating Trustee was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of OW Bunker North America, Inc.
