On August 22, 2019, North Pacific Canners and its affiliates each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon, assigned under Case No. 19-62584. On November 12, 2020, the Court entered an order confirming the Chapter 11 Plan, pursuant to which a Plan Agent was appointed and charged with winding down all of the Debtors.
