Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the NEP Liquidation Corp. Bankruptcy Estate (NEP Liquidation) in April 2019.
On November 8, 2017, NEP Liquidation filed a voluntary petition under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas, assigned Case No. 17-11409. Thereafter, a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate.
