On April 29, 2011, Majestic Capital filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, jointly administered under Case No. 11-36225. Thereafter, a liquidating trustee was appointed to administer the remaining assets of the trust.
