Who Owns Le Tote Inc (Lord & Taylor) Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of Le Tote Inc, et al., as Post-Effective Date Debtors (Le Tote) in December 2024.
On August 2, 2020, Le Tote and its affiliates each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, jointly administered under Case No. 20-33332. On March 24, 2021, the Court entered an order confirming the Chapter 11 Plan, pursuant to which the trust was created a Plan Administrator & Sole Manager, Sole Director and Sole Officer was appointed to administer the remaining assets of the debtors.
