Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Le-Nature’s Liquidation Trust in June 2015.
On November 1, 2006, Le-Nature’s, Inc. and its related entities (“Le-Nature’s”) filed a chapter 7 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, assigned case No. 06-25454. The Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case was converted to a Chapter 11 and a Trust was created for the remaining assets.
