Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Latitude 360, Inc. f/k/a Latitude Global, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate (Latitude 360) in September 2019.
On January 10, 2017, an involuntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code was filed against Latitude 360 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, assigned Case No. 17-00086. Thereafter, a Trustee was appointed and charged with winding down the bankruptcy estate for the benefit of creditors. On February 7, 2017, the Court entered an order for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
