Who Owns Interphase Corporation Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Interphase Corporation Bankruptcy Estate (Interphase) in October 2017.
On September 30, 2015, Interphase filed a voluntary petition under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas, assigned Case No. 15-41732. Thereafter, a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate.

Founded in 1974, Interphase was information and communications technology company that provided embedded computing solutions, engineering design services, and contract manufacturing services. The company also delivered solutions for LTE and WMAX, interworking gateways, and security for the Communications, Aerospace-Defense, and Enterprise markets. One of the company’s product lines was the Penveu, a handheld device that turned flat surfaces into interactive displays. The company employed 65 people.
