On February 26, 2018, GreenTech Automotive and its affiliates each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, jointly administered under Case No. 18-10651. On August 29, 2019, the Court entered an order confirming the Modified Fourth Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which a Plan Administrator was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtors.
