On August 7, 2015, GLP in Liq filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, assigned Case No. 15-11586. On December 21, 2015, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtor’s Chapter 11 Plan with Non-Material Modifications Dated November 18, 2015, pursuant to which the Trust was created and a Liquidating Trustee was vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtor.
