Who Owns Gametech International, Inc., et al.Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners, LLC acquired the remnant assets of the Liquidating Trust of the Gametech International, Inc., et al. Bankruptcy Estates (Gametech) in March 2018.
On July 2, 2012, Gametech and its affiliates each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, jointly administered under Case No. 12-11964. On December 13, 2012, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtors’ First Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which the Trust was created and vested with the power and duty to administer the remaining assets of the Debtors.
