Who Owns Gadzook’s, Inc. Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Gadzook’s, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in November 2010.
On February 4, 2004, Gadzook’s, Inc. and its related entities (“Gadzook’s”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, assigned Case No. 04-31486. Gadzook’s confirmed a chapter 11 plan of liquidation, which established a liquidation trust and appointed a liquidation trustee to wind down the bankruptcy estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Gadzook’s, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in November 2010.
