Who Owns Frontline Security Services LLC Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Frontline Security Services LLC Bankruptcy Estate (Frontline Security) in April 2019.
On December 13, 2016, an involuntary petition was filed against Frontline Security under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, assigned Case No. 16-26249. Thereafter, a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate.
