Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the EXDS, Inc. (f/k/a Exodus Communications, Inc.) et al. Bankruptcy Estate in July 2007.
On September 26, 2001, EXDS, Inc. (f/k/a Exodus Communications, Inc.) and its related entities (“EXDS”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 01-10539. A chapter 11 plan was confirmed and a Plan Administrator appointed to wind down the bankruptcy estate.
