On April 7, 2017, East West Copolymer filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, assigned Case No. 17-10327. On November 29,2017, the Court entered an order confirming the Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which the Trust was created and a Liquidating Trustee was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtor.
