Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Dillingham Liquidating Trust of Dillingham Construction Holdings, Inc., et al., Bankruptcy Estates (Dillingham Construction) in December 2019.
On January 28, 2003, Dillingham Construction and its affiliates each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, jointly administered under Case No. 03-40516. On August 19, 2004, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtors’ Second Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan, pursuant to which the Trust was created and a Liquidating Trustee was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtors.
