Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the CyberCo Holdings, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate (CyberCo) in March 2019.
On December 9, 2004, an involuntary petition was filed against CyberCo under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan, assigned Case No. 04-14905. Thereafter, a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate.
