On August 14, 2002, Computrex International, Inc. and its related entities (“Computrex International”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky, assigned Case No. 02-34671. The case was subsequently converted to a chapter 7 bankruptcy and a Trustee was appointed to wind down the estate.
