Who Owns Cereplast, Inc. Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Cereplast, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate (Cereplast) in October 2017.
On February 10, 2014, Cereplast filed a voluntary chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana, assigned Case No. 14-90200. Thereafter, the case was converted to chapter 7, and a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate. Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Cereplast, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in October 2017.
