Who Owns Berkline-BenchCraft Holdings, LLC, et al., Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Berkline-BenchCraft Holdings, LLC, et al., Bankruptcy Estates (Berkline-BenchCraft) in August 2018.
On May 2, 2011, Berkline-BenchCraft and its affiliates each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, jointly administered under Case No. 11-11369. On November 15, 2012, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtors’ Second Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which a Plan Administrator was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtors.
