Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the ATopTech, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate (ATopTech) in October 2018.
On January 13, 2017, ATopTech filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 17-10111. On September 27, 2017, the Court entered an order confirming the Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation of ATopTech, Inc., pursuant to which a Responsible Person was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtor.
