Who Owns Armstrong Air, LLC Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of Armstrong Air, LLC, as Post-Effective Date Debtor (Armstrong Air) in December 2019.
On November 1, 2017, Armstrong Energy, Inc. and its affiliates each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, jointly administered under Case No. 17-47541. On February 2, 2018, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtors’ Third Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan, pursuant to which a Plan Administrator was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtors which were transferred to Armstrong Air LLC, as Post-Effective Date Debtor.
