Who Owns Advanced Pain Management Services, LLC, et al., Remnant Assets?
Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Advanced Pain Management Services, LLC, et al., Bankruptcy Estates (Advanced Pain Mgmt) in January 2020.
On March 6, 2017, Advanced Pain Mgmt and its affiliates each filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky, jointly administered under Case No. 17-30863. On May 1, 2017, the Case was transferred to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, jointly administered under Case No. 17-16047. Thereafter, the Court entered an order appointing a chapter 11 trustee of the Debtors’ bankruptcy estates. On June 1, 2018, the Court entered an order confirming the Trustee’s Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which the Trustee was vested with the power and duty to administer the assets of the Debtors.
