Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Accountable Care Associates, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate (Accountable Care) in February 2020.
On December 17, 2015, an involuntary petition was filed against Accountable Care under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, assigned Case No. 15-31132. Thereafter, a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate.
