We provide an outlet
for bankruptcy
trustees, creditors committees and counsel, secured lenders, restructuring
officers, and business managers to turn their non-performing or remnant
assets into cash. Typically we purchase files after collection efforts
have been exhausted or are no longer cost-effective to manage.
We are willing to
either purchase portfolios outright for cash upfront or work them on
a contingency basis where we keep a percentage of the recovery. In either
case, we handle all claims very professionally via our wholly-owned
and operated agency, C&W Consultants.
