Rick Rosenbloom, Advisory Board (Los Angeles)

Mr. Rosenbloom, a Principal at Gemini Partners, Inc, a Los Angeles-based boutique middle market investment banking firm, has over 17 years of investment, restructuring and operational experience including acting as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Hilco Trading Company, C.O.O and head of acquisitions for an international brand marketing and specialty advertising firm and most recently as a principal of Continental Plants, a boutique distressed debt investment firm.

Rick started his career in Chicago with Kirkland & Ellis and Schiff Hardin & Waite in their bankruptcy and restructuring practices. Mr. Rosenbloom holds a JD-MBA degree from UCLA and graduated With Distinction from the Honors College of the University of Michigan.
