CW Recovery has developed a specialized niche representing large bankruptcy estates. In the early or mid stages of bankruptcy cases, CW Recovery is often engaged on a contingency-fee basis to generate “found money” from a range of areas including preference judgments, stale receivables, class action settlements, and escheated funds.
